The 8 Phases of My Creative Clinic
Phase 1: The Spark (Inspiration & Discovery)
Creativity begins with a spark of inspiration—an idea, a question, or a curiosity. This phase captures the essence of brainstorming and discovering possibilities while assessing the starting point for the journey ahead.
Phase 2: The Canvas (Skill-Building & Experimentation)
The canvas is where creativity starts to take form. Like an artist experimenting with materials, this phase focuses on learning, practicing, and exploring techniques to bring ideas to life.
Phase 3: The Frame (Curation & Definition)
A frame defines and refines creative work, focusing attention on its essence. This phase mirrors the process of curating and shaping an artist’s portfolio or identity to present their vision with clarity and coherence.
